Design Motivations

Who and what motivate our product design

NatureOur favorite place.

We were motivated by the perfection of nature - the way all natural structures are exactly how they are meant to be. We want our products to strive for that perfection.

The Pacific NorthwestOur new home.

When creating our brand, we looked to our new home for inspiraiton and found it in the language of the native people: Chinook Jaron. Lemolo means "wild" or "untamed" and continues to motivate the decisions we make for our brand and products.

AndrewOur muse.

Through extensive and thorough consumer research, we were able to identify a need in the hiking market. Our discovery process led to the development of our muse - who must "approve" of each decision we make on his behalf.
